This beer is brewed using Burton well water, Maris otter barley, Fuggle and Golding hops, and is fermented in coopered oak casks.

OPINION: A light and fresh beer with a nice hoppy finish, both balanced and smooth. My own preference for a beer, to be drunk in any quantity, is a light and smooth tasting brew, with no harshness or stronge aftertaste. This is it!. An excellent beer.
